How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units (Non-Indian delivery) ?
Our prices are all-inclusive of govt. levied taxes such as GST and the cumulative shipping charges for all the units in a single order.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours from the time an order is received, or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
Most orders within India are delivered within 10 to 12 working days. Contact us to inquire about international deliveries.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What is Kiana Fashion Return Policy?
Our “100% Customer Satisfaction Program” allows for easy returns and refunds for:
1. Products that you received in the “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.
3. There will be “No Exchange/Return & No Refund” for Products purchased under any Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever.
How to Return an order?
1. By sending email on email@example.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 1 day of delivery.
- Please mention your order number in the email/WhatsApp (72772 97272). with photograph.
- Product Must be Unused / Unwashed and with all the labels and tags.
- Do not send product back without approval after following below steps.
- If this condition is not fulfilled then the amount will not be refunded and product will be send back to customer.
2. If customer wants to return, the dress has to be couriered on this address – Ground Floor, Mahashakti Ind Estate,India colony Road, Nr. Swaminarayan Temple, Bapunagar , Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380024
Shipping (₹ 100) & Return Courier Charge (₹ 100) Will Not be Refunded On Refund Amount.
₹ 100 Processing and handling charges will be deducted from return orders.
Note : Return courier cost will have to bare by customer.
Refunds are issued in the following two ways
Product replacement – In case of damaged or incorrect items kianafashion.com would replace it with a new item.
In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may have store credit after communication with our customer care department. This credit will be valid for 6 months.
Here are the steps for getting a refund on the canceled order:
Once the resolution is set for a refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
Refunds will be credited back to the same payment mode / or NEFT within 7-10 working days.
